Kapsul operates private brand portals that connect wholesale buyers with brands. This notice explains what we collect and why.
Who we are
Kapsul (Tokyo) is the data controller. For any request, contact privacy@kapsul.world.
What we collect
When you create a buyer account: your name, email, and the shop/company you enter. When you browse a portal: anonymous usage data (pages and sections viewed, products viewed, time spent), stored against a temporary session identifier held only in your browser (sessionStorage) — we use no third-party trackers and no advertising cookies.
Why we use it
To let you browse brand catalogues, build order requests, and be connected with the brands you engage with. Aggregated engagement helps us recommend relevant brands and buyers. We never sell your data.
Who sees it
Kapsul staff, and the brand(s) you interact with (your order requests and contact details). We do not share your data with unrelated third parties.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@kapsul.world. We keep your data only as long as needed for the commercial relationship.
